How to use it

A raw, pure flour that allows you to bake tasty, high-quality gluten-free foods. Coconut flour is high in fibre, and low in carbohydrates, with a low glycemic index.

Use coconut flour for bread, cakes, pies and other baking. It can also be used as a thickener for sauces, curries and soups.

NOTE: Coconut flour behaves differently than grain-based flours. You cannot do a one-to-one replacement in recipes. As a very general rule of thumb for baked goods, 1/4 – 1/3 cup of coconut flour replaces 1 cup of wheat flour.
