We will meet our obligation under the Consumer’s Guarantee Act 1993. Should you receive a product that is of a poor quality or defective please allow us the opportunity to replace the product or substitute it with a better product at our cost.
Refund Procedure For Unavailable Items
In the event that an item is unavailable but paid for at the time of ordering, our Customer Services team will contact you to arrange a refund for that item. Refunds are made using the original payment method and back to the account from which payment was originally made.
Incorrect Product Ordered
If you order a product in error, a refund will be honoured for the product provided it is returned to us within 14 days of receipt, along with the original invoice in a resalable condition, that is, unopened with packaging intact in original condition.
Returned goods that are received damaged will not be considered for a refund.
